What I Wore: Soft Spring

If I worked in an office, I would dress like this more often. This outfit is super comfortable but also a little bit formal, that must come from the pleating. The color of this shirt spoke to me and said,  "Rhinestones. Lots and lots of rhinestones."  I never disagree with mysterious rhinestone voices.

The color of this top is one of my favorites for Spring, it's sort of a mint, sort of aquamarine...? All I know is that when I thirfted it (1.99!!) I also got a similar top in coral and I'm in LOVE with both colors, which I hope to collect more of soon!

This is another pair of pants that I've had in the back of the closet for several years and I finally finally took the tag off, yay! I'm pretty sure 'grey linen wide leg sailor pants' is all kinds of oxymoronic but I love them and I can't believe I waited this long to wear them, they are sooo comfy! 

It occurred to me once I was dressed that I don't really have the 'appropriate' shoes to wear with this outfit and then I realized that even if I could have any shoe in the world I don't actually know what type of shoe to wear with this type of pant! Suggestions? I was thinking a wedge for the summer! Meanwhile, cheetah flats will just have to work.
